We follow a transparent Return & Refund Policy

It will applicable in the following scenarios:

Wrong item if sent– If the product received is different from what is shown in the picture or if there is a difference in technical specifications. We offer a replacement/refund as requested by the customer. However the incident has to be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos. However for machines, tools, equipment, spares or accessories the colour of the product might vary depending on the manufacturing upgrades.

Item Damage – In case there is damage to the product, We would replace or refund whatever is requested by the customer. However the damage has to be reported to the Shakti Tool Support team within 48 hours of receiving the product with supporting photos & videos.

Defective/ Incomplete Product Received – In case of a defective product, We would provide, replacement or availability of spare parts/missing piece (If applicable) whatever is requested by the customer. The defects have to be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos.

We offer a full refund in case the cancellation request is made before the dispatch of the product. However for heavy shipments cancellation requests have to be made within 48 hours of ordering the product.

In case of cancellation requests after the product has been dispatched, a courier fee would be deducted for all shipments. However, if the assured delivery date has been missed, we would offer a refund.

Refund Process– In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through a payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in the same account of the customer from where the customer has paid the transaction amount.

In case of cash on delivery (COD), we will only initiate an NEFT bank transfer to your bank account.
